Returns + Exchanges
Returns are eligible for store credit only within 7 days of receipt. You must complete the following steps to receive a credit or exchange your item:
- Notify us by email at Hello@SoireeApparel.com to start the exchange/credit process.
- You will receive a notification from us confirming we have received your request.
- Mail back the item once you receive confirmation. *WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT! IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST WHILE IN TRANSIT YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE OR CALL YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE FOR INFORMATION ON THE PACKAGE.
We encourage trackable returns.
- Because we offer FREE shipping, return & exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please include your packing slip in your return.
- If you live in the Lafayette area and would like to return your item to Symétrie (Address listed below) you may do so. You MUST follow the first step prior to returning item to store location if you ordered online or via social media.
What can be returned/exchanged?
- Items that are UNWORN & unwashed
- Items free of perfume, dog hair, deodorant, cigarette smoke
- All tags must be attached
- Items purchased during a SALE
- Shoes & Jewelry
We will perform the exchange if the item requested is in stock at the time. If it’s out of stock, store credit will be issued.
- Must be reported within 2 days of receiving.
- Providing photos of damaged item will help speed up the exchange/credit process.
- Damaged items are handled case by case in order to avoid abuse of our exchange/credit policy.
